About the Program

Built for athletes who want to move faster, jump higher, and perform at the highest level.

This program is designed to develop a strong athletic foundation while building the power needed for high-level sport. Through a combination of structured resistance training and plyometric work, athletes will learn how to generate force, move efficiently, and translate strength into real game performance.

Training will focus on:
Building a strong base of strength and stability
Developing explosive power and speed
Improving movement mechanics and injury resilience
Progressing athletes with proven strength & conditioning principles

Athletes will be challenged through structured lifts, plyometric training, and performance-focused drills designed to maximize power and athleticism.

About the Coach

My name is Kai Rawnsley, and I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer looking to develop strong and powerful athletes.

My athletic journey started through competing in high-level basketball and multiple competitive sports, where I developed a love for training and performance. As I transitioned into university football, I had to completely adapt my training style—learning how to build greater strength, power, and explosiveness to compete at the next level.

Through this experience, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how different training methods translate to athletic performance. I’ve spent years refining the way I train to maximize speed, power, and durability, and now I’m passionate about helping other athletes unlock that same potential.

This program brings together real competitive experience and performance-based training to help athletes become stronger, faster, and more explosive.
